The causes of black oil 2-layer PCB film printing issues can be attributed to several factors: excessively dry ink, excessively high pumping pressure, and a tendency for the film to stick to the ink. To address these problems, it is important to ensure that the ink is properly moisturized, reduce the pumping pressure to an appropriate level, and use a film that is less prone to sticking to the ink. These steps will greatly improve the overall quality of the PCB film printing process.
To ensure optimal results, it is recommended to pre-bake the ink for approximately 40 minutes on one side. However, it is crucial to double-check the oven's temperature and ventilation capacity. Ideally, the oven should maintain a temperature of around 75°C, with a ventilation rate of approximately 4 cubic meters per minute. Once the pre-baking process is complete, allow the ink to cool down naturally until it reaches the ambient temperature. To test if the ink is fully cooled, gently pinch it between your fingers and ensure it no longer sticks.
When installing the aerator, it is important to ensure that the suction pressure is kept at a moderate level. Moreover, it is crucial to reduce the pressure in regions where there are extensive copper surfaces and large substrates.
Ensure that the film remains clean at all times and promptly remove any ink residue to avoid it becoming sticky. Additionally, replacing the non-stick ink can help reduce the need for frequent film printing.
