The treated fabric, has higher far-infrared emissivity, making textiles with insulation, heating function, when far infrared is absorbed by the body, it can improve blood circulation, reduce the blood acidic, promote metabolism, promote the body regeneration, and enhance immunity.

[Usage]

According to 1.5% of the amount of water, after diluting, through spraying, padding, dipping methods to treat fabric.

●Spraying method: On the surface of the fabric can be directly spray drying process treated.

●Padding method: Applicable to all rolling form fabric.

●G-YH Nano Far-infrared Finishing Agent: 40~80g/L.

●Process flow: padding, mangle expression above 70%.

●Drying: 100℃*3~5minutes.

●Baking: 150℃*1~2minutes.

●Dipping method: Process flow: G-YH Nano Far-infrared Finishing Agent 3~5% (o.w.f), temperature is 40~50℃, dewater after dipping 20~30 minutes, then dry above 100℃.

[Notes]

1. Because of the certain influence on the shade color of fabric, it must do a sample test to confirm firstly.

2. Expand the baking time can improve the washing-resistance property.

3. Also can add some softening agent to improve the handle.

4. Stirring evenly before use.

[Storage]

Placed in a cool, dry place, storage period of validity is 12 months.
